Intimate Products and Hygiene Rules
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products cannot be returned if their seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery, when the nature of the product justifies this restriction.
For an eligible product to be returned, it must be in its original, unused condition and, where applicable, with its seal or protective packaging intact.
Return Shipping Costs
In case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or if we expressly state otherwise.
